Product obtained from the enzymatic hydrolysation of the MUCL 5246 Saccharomyces Cerevisiae strain. Organic nitrogen is made up of 80% free amino acids Yeast is subjected to a double enzymatic hydrolysation process allowing it to obtain a better solubility in water and wort. It is an excellent fermentation activator due to its high nutrients content.
