ABN has recently established a Plant in Villanueva del Pardillo (Madrid), dedicated exclusively to the processing and packaging of beer yeast.Dry yeast We receive liquid yeast tanks from the main beer industries in Spain and Portugal on a daily basis
All tanks are pasteurized, concentrated and dried (water evaporation) to make a high quality yeast optimal for Animal and Human Food.
We develop our own ABN Specialties
At our Navas del Rey Plant (Madrid) we make our so-called Specialties. These are products formulated from our own yeast and others such as eggs or dairy.
We distribute quality Raw Materials since 2000
Since its founding in 2000, ABN has distributed top-quality ingredients manufactured by large European suppliers. These ingredients such as fish meal, egg powder or others They are sent directly from their origin to customers, guaranteeing their freshness and optimizing logistics costs. Everything is managed from our warehouse in Lleida.
ABN and the Environment
Feed Grade Beer Yeasts
With a production capacity of 4,500 MT / year, ABN produces beer yeast at its factory in Villanueva del Pardillo (Madrid). The factory, which produces under GMP standards, is made up of 3 independent plants. Planta de Tratamiento de Líquidos, where yeast is pasteurized, concentrated and subjected to other processes such as hydrolysis or centrifugation. The other two floors are Drying Plants, one of them by ratomizationand the other with roller drying technology. the other one with rollerdrying technology.
The continuous production process makes it possible to produce a product of great freshness, with histamine levels below 10 ppm in all products.
The products made by ABN are specially designed for use as mycotoxin adsorbents, flavorings, pet food, beekeeping and aquaculture.
Food Grade Beer Yeast
Food Grade Beer Yeast is obtained through fresh yeast collected daily from different beer production plants. ABN Brewer's Yeast undergoes a pasteurizationprocess followed by a concentrateby evaporation.
With this production process carried out exclusively in ABN's own facilities, the final product maintains all its nutritional properties.
Drying of the liquid yeast, once it has been pasteurized and concentrated, is carried out in one of ABN's plants in Villanueva del Pardillo, which is a modern spray-drying plant at a controlled temperature.
As a guarantee measure, the entire plant is continuously cleaned using a CIP (Clean in place) system.
